Is there a free plan?+
Yes — the Starter plan is free forever for cafés and food trucks. It includes 1 branch, an e-menu in 3 languages, and up to 50 orders per month.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?+
No. The 14-day trial of Single, Multi-Branch, or Enterprise requires no credit card. We send you an email reminder before it ends.
What happens after the trial?+
Your workspace goes into read-only mode for 3 days, giving you time to pick a plan or export your data. After 30 days, the workspace is permanently deleted.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade any time. Prorated charges apply on upgrade; downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you support multi-currency?+
Yes. Menus, payments, and reports support USD, EUR, AED, SAR, IQD, KWD, and 30+ other currencies. Daily FX rates are cached automatically.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. We follow OWASP ASVS Level 2+, are PCI DSS v4.0.1 aligned (no card data ever stored), and run daily backups with a 30-day retention.
