Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Restaurant SaaS platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter a binding contract on behalf of your business. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup.

2. Accounts and trials

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. The trial requires no payment method. After the trial, your workspace enters a 3-day read-only grace period. If no paid plan is selected within 30 days, the workspace is permanently deleted.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the Service; (b) use the Service to violate any law; (c) upload malicious content; (d) interfere with the Service's security; or (e) resell the Service without written permission.

4. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via our payment processor. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.

5. Termination

You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay fees.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
